Sant Aniol
The Sant Aniol project began in 1993 in a unique location within the Volcanic Zone of La Garrotxa.
A family-owned company located on the Can Talleda estate in the small village of Sant Aniol de Finestres.
In the heart of nature, more than 120 meters underground lies the Sant Aniol aquifer, protected within a 275-hectare safety perimeter.
Sant Aniol Water begins its journey in the heart of the Volcanic Zone of La Garrotxa, slowly filtering through millennia-old volcanic rocks. During this process, it is naturally purified and enriched with an optimal balance of essential minerals.
A unique water of volcanic origin that hydrates you while connecting you with the land, the purity, and the authenticity of its surroundings.
Pure essence from La Garrotxa Volcanic Zone
Origin
A protected natural environment of exceptional beauty, home to 40 volcanic cones, over 20 basaltic lava flows, lush forests, and green fields. Formed between 10,000 and 700,000 years ago, it stands out for its varied landscapes, rich biodiversity, and mineral-rich composition.
*
Humus Substratum of plants made from organic elements.*
Andesita An igneous rock that has a mineral composition rich in elements like calcium or magnesium.*
Pozzolan Layer of silicon materials that creates a natural filter for liquids because of its high porosity.*
Basalt It's a fine-grained volcanic rock with a composition rich in magnesium.*
Granite It's a rock made essentially of quartz and feldspar (calcium, sodium and potassium).
Mineral Composition
Owing to its origin and the natural underground filtration through volcanic rock and layers of sedimented lava, Sant Aniol water is characterised by its exceptional purity. This prolonged geological process results in a unique mineral composition, offering an optimal balance of essential elements: bicarbonate, magnesium, calcium and a low sodium content.
Premium Design
An iconic and unique design, created exclusively for Sant Aniol. A creation by renowned Spanish designer Martín Azúa, enhancing the drinking experience and connecting with our essence: volcanic origin.
The art of nature, with materials and textures that evoke the organic shapes of volcanic stones that, for millennia, have filtered Sant Aniol Water. At the base, the relief of the volcano symbolizes the place where it all begins: the heart of the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone.
Internationally awarded by the Fine Water Society, this proposal combines aesthetics and sustainability: returnable, recyclable bottles designed for high-demand environments.
