Promoting the commitment and the participation from all members of our organization using trainings and workshops to guarantee quality and safety for our product.
Making sure that all risks in our system HACCP are identified, evaluated and controlled so they don’t affect the quality of the product.
Guaranteeing traceability of bottled water.
Guaranteeing transparent and efficient communications, both internally and externally, on food safety and quality.
Establishing annual safety and quality goals and reviewing them regularly to be constantly improving.
Making sure we deliver an authentic, legal and quality product, preventing fraud.
As Operations Manager, I state my commitment with the development of our Food Safety and Quality Policy, based on the norm FSSC 22000:2018 and the HACCP systems based on Codex Alimentarius, as well as its constant improvement.
